Halloween Tag- Lisa Moen

Image
Hey there Creative Friends! Lisa here with you. Today I am sharing a large spooky zombie tag I created using some fun chipboard from  Creative Embellishments . I took the solid base from the  Flourish Tag Set 1  and used that as my background. I adhered  patterned papers to it with Modge Podge, tearing some of the papers. The orange and black paper is from Rusty Pickle: I used inks to color the  Zombie Infected Area  and added that to the top of my tag: I heat embossed in black the  Haunted House 4  and placed it between some of the layers of green patterned paper from Cosmo Cricket. To the left top of the house, I added a  Mirrored Gold Moon : I heat embossed in white the  Zombie Border  and added that to my tag: I also heat embossed the  Halloween Tree  and placed it on my tag. Finally, I added some white acrylic paint spatters, some sequins and a spider from DCWV and tied a bow using ribbon from my stash: I...

Hello everyone! Today I have created some spooky fun tags using chipboards from Creative Embellishments! Chipboards used: Jolly Jack-O-Lanterns Palm Foliage To create my tags, I started with black chipboard cut to 3 1/2"X7 1/2" as a base. Patterned paper was cut to 3"X7" tattered and inked on the edges and then adhered to chipboard scraps to elevate them. I added some stamped/embossed spiderwebs and trees and splatters of acrylic. My chipboards were painted using acrylic paints. These were added to my tags at different levels using scrap chipboard and glue along with some moss and black glitter. Tim Holtz Halloween paper dolls were adhered using scrap chipboard on the back as well to elevate them from the tags. Thanks So Much for viewing my project today! All chipboards used and many many more can be found at creativeembellishments.com Happy Crafting!!

Batman Halloween Scrapbook Layout - Dana Tatar

Hi! I'm sharing a comic book style scrapbook layout featuring my child and their friend dressed up as The Joker and Batman for Halloween last year for Creative Embellishments today. I used the Super Awesome collection from Memory Place/Asuka Studios and some fun bat-themed products from the Creative Embellishments Shop . The city scene printed along the bottom of the patterned paper was giving me Gotham City vibes, so I decided to add a bat signal to the skyline. I used one ray of a sunburst stencil from my stash with yellow dye ink to add the beam to the night sky. I placed the stenciled beam in the middle of the concentric circle moon, which was already part of the paper design. Then, I used black dye ink with the Going Batty Stencil to add a bat to the top of the beam. The Joker always seems to be laughing, so I added a LOL! journaling card behind the picture. I painted a wood veneer bat from the Going Batty Set black and secured it to the top of the photo. If yo...

Plague Doctor Layout- Angela Weisbeck

Plague Doctor layout  Hello!! I had so much fun creating this next layout! I love it when my kids get creative and put together their own costumes, but I love it even more when the costume is creepy, scary or spooky. So what did my son come up with for Halloween of 2020? What better than a Plague Doctor costume?!! I loved every minute of this and he loved the extra treats and toys he got from some houses that also loved his clever costume. Up first is our Plague mask; it's under Crow Skull mask on Creative Embellishments website. I used metallic gold chalk marker and then added a little detail over the top with other markers until I like the look. I little red around the eyes never hurts. I colored the bottom and hat with black marker & then added a black acrylic skull w/ crossbones .  Can't forget my creepy spider . I used brown mark on him with a bit of red on the pincers. I need to order more, my spider stash is getting low. Any Halloween layout can...
